Hee! Probably because you're open to new things. I tend to read fics for fandoms I've never heard of and/or seen the canon for - The Sentinel, Wiseguy, and Supernatural are my current favorites. I think it's really fun, going in and reading the story for the story's sake and kinda inferring canon from there. I just cant wait until I'm more comfortable in SGA and start writing something really grandiose. XD
