It seems like I'm going to keep up the habit of squishing multiple responces into one post. So, current story first. Mmmm, these are lovely. It's cool to see some bits and pieces of background slip into place. I still remember the first time I read through the main crossover nad what fun that was. The one scene at the end especially, when they're just starting to realize the trap didn't work. Envy's little 'Oh' still hits me like a punch in the gut every time.
I really enjoyed the Naruto one too. I remember reading the first part back on LJ. I love the way Gara is written, all the unspoken, restrained threat and competence.
Lastly, I can now cross the two Bayverse films off my list. Too many stupid human tricks, but the bots are quite awesome. It took me a while to get used to the look of them, they look so raw compared to the smoother animated version. Overall, I quite like the effect though. I just wish they would have had more good still shots of the Decepticons. I really liked the voices on the Decepticon side. And I could probably babble on about favorite bits for another few paragraphs if I let myself.
