I haven't seen any good ones focused on Sephiroth, and I will eventually get into my wild theories on how he could be alive (hope springs eternal for the rabid fangirl, after all) but I don't think I could ever backtrack like that. Time has passed, and made its changes, and they can't just be taken back.
I find it amusing that I consider things like muscle atrophy when I write ficlets.
